A 10% commission is charged only when a booking is confirmed through Kampio.\n\nIf a refund is granted to the camper, the Kampio commission is not refunded: only the stay portion may be refunded.

What is the commission rate?

The commission is 10% on each confirmed booking. It is stated in our terms of use and visible in your revenue dashboard.

Who handles camper hospitality?
